about
Thank you for visiting my page. I am a movement practitioner and trainee psychotherapist.
I integrate these fields with Daoist philosophy, and meditative practices to help individuals deepen their connection to themselves.
I facilitate workshops for:
performers
people looking for personal development
trainee psychotherapists wishing to deep their own embodiment
Rooted in psychophysical (mind-body) approaches to actor training (inspired by Grotowski’s legacy) my work blends embodied self-exploration with psychotherapeutic theory.
No prior movement experience is required.
I am currently training as a psychotherapist at the Gestalt Centre in London. my professional journey into psychotherapy began after four years as a client, profoundly reshaping my approach to movement and life.
Gestalt’s emphasis on embodiment and present-moment awareness allows me to integrate my work with the body into a therapeutic context, supporting both individuals and practitioners in cultivating freedom, fluidity, and creativity.

“Oscar works with rigor and it allows students to find and experience release and fluidity of expression. He is always aware and sensitive to the emotional and physical needs of the students he works with and builds trust and a real rapport. I think this is why his teaching practice is so successful. A wonderful colleague and practitioner.”
Hannah Kauffmann - Artistic Director - Tricklock Company
“Oscar’s facilitation is grounded and centring and allowed me to deepen my awareness as a performer. The time I spent working with him was invaluable and has translated into techniques I continue to use in my practice today.”
